Zetec 16v INLET Conversion plate to fit a CVH EFi bottom half of Inlet manifold.

This plate will allow the fitment of a standard CVH EFi inlet manifold to a Zetec 16v head.
The injector section of the conversion plate has been machined at an angle to allow the flow pattern without causing any restriction.
Standard fixings to the 16v head (I use high tensile bolts with grip washers £5) obviously a gasket is used which i can supply for £6
Using standard CVH EFi studs which locate in the same position as if it were the CVH head makes the inlet manifold a direct fitment. (£11 a set new)

Helps with heat soak on the inlet manifold due to the extra alloy section and the gaskets.

The injectors will be further away from the throat of the port allowing better flow of the fuel into the charge air before the cylinder.

This is made from high grade alloy which is water cut then further CNC machined for the injector cutouts, then cleaned by hand so expect high quality items that have been checked.


I also offer a CVH EFi conversion plate to fit an EFi inlet to an MFi Head. Also the opposite, i.e if you wanted to fit an MFi inlet manifold to an EFi head. I have these plates before the machining is done for the injector cutouts so can be used to weld on custom parts or bike carbs etc. Available for CVH and Zetec.
